Every country has its own rules
Practising medicine abroad means meeting the requirements of the destination country: recognition of qualifications, registration with the competent authority, a licence to practise, and often a language level. MEDS-LINK informs doctors and healthcare facilities about the rules that apply in each destination country, based on official sources.

Marina Bernhard
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jurist, Artificial Intelligence Expert, Specialist in International Management and International HR
Jurist, artificial intelligence expert, specialist in international management and international HR. Holding a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and International Management, Marina has dedicated more than 18 years of her career to the recruitment and mobility of healthcare professionals across Europe and the Gulf countries.
Drawing on her international background, she spearheads innovative projects at the crossroads of healthcare and artificial intelligence. Her research for her thesis focuses on artificial intelligence and medical radiology in France—within both public and private sectors—and its implications for human resources and healthcare legislation.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2008 with the founding of 2MBC Santé in France, specializing in international medical recruitment. In 2016, she established Bema Medical in Cyprus and Dubai to assist healthcare institutions in the Gulf region with their European recruitment strategies. In 2018, these two ventures merged to create MEDS-LINK—the global ecosystem she leads today with passion and conviction.
A polyglot (French, English, Romanian, Italian), she advises physicians and healthcare facilities across France, Europe, and the Gulf countries through a human, legal, and strategic approach.
Together with Sylvia, we form a complementary, committed team—ensuring every doctor finds their place and every healthcare facility finds their talent.

Jurist and Strategic Development Consultant — 20 Years of Experience
As a jurist and strategic development consultant with over 20 years of experience, I have spent the last 3 years helping healthcare professionals with their installation and integration in France—administrative, social, and professional steps.
Drawing on my background at GHT Nord-Ardennes and recognized with the FHF HR Innovation Award (Prix de l'attractivité médicale 2025) as well as the 3rd Prize at the Acteurs Publics France awards, in the course of 2026 I joined the MEDS-LINK adventure with enthusiasm and conviction.
A polyglot (French, English, Spanish, Italian, Romanian), I work with healthcare professionals with a multicultural perspective and a refined understanding of international challenges.
Together with Marina, we provide healthcare facilities with a comprehensive, human, and effective solution to recruit, welcome, and retain doctors.
